With the 'Standard' Membership, the salon is responsible for managing defaults or expired cards themselves. However, our comprehensive online system will attempt to re-bill the client three times, and automated emails will be sent to remind clients about their outstanding payment.

 

Different to the 'Standard' Subscription, the 'Premium' Subscription offers an exclusive level of dedicated customised service. Our team will proactively monitor accounts on a weekly basis to identify any missed payments and actively chase them up. The premium subscription includes weekly emails to be sent to the salon with detailed financial and subscription breakdowns, ensuring that no payment default slips through the cracks.

Think of this as having your very own Salon Pay administrative assistant! and we don't know about you, but having an extra staff member for an extra $10 a week is a no brainer to us...
